Beatem Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Who we are
Fas Creative Lab Ltd is the controller for personal data it determines how and why to process in connection with Beatem (the “App”). Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent to fernandofas@gmail.com.
2. Data kept only on your device
The App stores high scores, language, sound preferences, selected fist, tutorial state, interruption recovery and named saved games locally. We do not receive this gameplay data. It normally remains until you delete a saved game, clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. We cannot view or recover it remotely.
3. Advertising and data processed by partners
The App uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region, device settings and privacy choices, Google and advertising partners disclosed in the consent interface may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, app interactions, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, consent records, fraud-prevention and security signals. These parties may act as independent controllers for processing they determine.
4. Why data is processed
Advertising information may be used to request, select, deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security, diagnose faults and, only where permitted, personalise advertising. Local gameplay data is processed to provide the game and saved-game features requested by you.
5. Legal bases and your choices
Where UK GDPR, EU GDPR, ePrivacy or another applicable law requires consent, processing that requires consent is not started until the consent platform reports that ads may be requested after your choice. Other limited processing may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations where permitted. Refusing personalised advertising does not prevent gameplay; limited, non-personalised or no advertising may be shown.
You can revisit available advertising choices from Settings → Legal & Privacy → Ad & Cookie Consent → Privacy choices. You can also use Android or iOS privacy and advertising controls. On Apple devices, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested only when applicable; refusing it prevents access to the advertising identifier but does not block gameplay.
6. Sharing and international transfers
Advertising data may be received by Google and the vendors identified in the live consent interface. They may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area using an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy regulation or decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Their current identities, purposes and privacy notices are displayed in the consent interface. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Retention
Local gameplay data remains as described in section 2. Advertising providers determine retention periods for information they process; current details are available in their privacy notices and the consent interface. Consent choices may be retained so the App can respect them until they expire, are withdrawn or are reset.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable legal basis, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent and appeal or complain. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Because we do not operate user accounts or receive local game saves, requests about advertising data may need to be directed to the relevant advertising provider and may require a device identifier.
9. Regional rights
Residents of jurisdictions with privacy opt-out rights may use the in-App privacy choices and operating-system controls to manage eligible advertising processing. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk; EEA users may complain to their local supervisory authority. Other users may contact their competent privacy regulator.
10. Children
Beatem is not directed specifically to children and does not ask users to create accounts or submit names or contact details. The advertising SDK is configured with a Teen maximum content rating. Do not designate the App as child-directed or include it in a children’s programme without a separate child-privacy, age-assurance, advertising and content review.
11. Security, changes and contact
We minimise first-party data and rely on platform storage protections, but no system is completely secure. We may update this notice when the App, vendors or law changes and will revise the date above. Contact fernandofas@gmail.com with questions or requests.
This notice describes the intended production configuration. Store privacy disclosures and the live consent-vendor list must remain consistent with the configuration actually published.
