Sintonia is provided by Fas Creative Lab Ltd. By installing or using the app, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they should not use it.
Sintonia is a general wellbeing and ambience tool for relaxation, focus, meditation, rest, and mindful awareness. A parent or guardian is responsible where local law requires consent for a younger user.
Sintonia is not a medical device or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition and does not replace qualified advice. No frequency, sound, visual, body selection, or session is promised to produce a particular physical, psychological, or therapeutic outcome. Seek appropriate professional help for health concerns and local emergency services where anyone may be in immediate danger.
Keep sound comfortable, begin unfamiliar or high tones at the lowest volume, and stop immediately if sound or visuals cause discomfort. Device speakers, headphones, hearing, and operating-system processing vary. Do not use Sintonia while driving, operating machinery, crossing roads, or anywhere reduced awareness could be unsafe.
Fas Creative Lab Ltd grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sintonia under these Terms and marketplace rules. Users must not misuse the app, interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, extract or redistribute included recordings as a standalone library, or infringe others' rights. The app, brand, design, code, generated-audio system, and included assets are protected by applicable law. Third-party components remain subject to their licences.
Preferences, subjective noticing choices, session summaries, and mixes are stored only on the device. Clearing storage, uninstalling, device failure, or operating-system maintenance may permanently remove them. No cloud backup or recovery is promised.
Sintonia may show Google advertising. Ads are visually separated from app controls and are not endorsements. Third-party services use their own terms and privacy policies.
Sintonia is provided "as available" and may change or be discontinued. Uninterrupted, error-free, or universal compatibility is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fas Creative Lab Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Mandatory laws of the user's country and marketplace rules continue to apply. Users are encouraged to contact the provider before formal proceedings. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to fernandofas@gmail.com.
