Sintonia is provided by Fas Creative Lab Ltd. For help, contact fernandofas@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, Sintonia version and the steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Start a full session before locking the screen. Previews are for choosing sounds and are not background sessions. Use the iOS media controls to pause or resume, or reopen the player to finish.
Mixes and history are stored on your device. Offloading retains data, while deleting the app removes local data. A device backup may restore it. The provider cannot recover local sessions remotely.
Use a comfortable volume. Stop listening if uncomfortable. Sintonia does not provide diagnosis or medical treatment.
